Your self-paced course

The Beginner Somali Conversation Programme includes 48 recorded lessons across 11 teaching chapters, a written welcome guide, speaking practice, a Student Workbook, chapter practice downloads, a Student Answer and Self-Check Guide, and first-person and second-person verb and noun builders. Optional supplementary tense practice is included. The welcome video will be added separately; the written guide is available from the start. For beginners aged 7+ and adults; a parent or guardian should purchase and supervise a child’s use. Live tuition, individual teacher marking and formal assessment are not included. WhatsApp help is for course questions and clarification, with no instant response or fixed reply time promised.

Price and payment

Review the course outline and sample, create or sign in to your learner account, check the order and any discount, review the terms and access acknowledgement, then confirm payment. You can correct your details before paying.

• No automatic renewal. Live group and one-to-one tuition are separate purchases.

Payment is taken online through the payment methods shown at checkout. The course is taught using Somali and English explanations; the purchase terms are in English. Keep a copy of these terms and your purchase confirmation.

Access and equipment

Your purchase includes 12 months of online access from activation. Around 16 weeks is a suggested study pace, not a weekly attendance requirement. You need a learner account, internet access, a device/browser that plays the sample video, and a PDF reader for downloads. Internet/data and optional printing costs are your responsibility. Contact us before buying about any particular access or compatibility need.

Immediate access and cancellation

A statutory cancellation period normally lasts until 14 days after the day the contract is made. Before supplying digital lessons or downloads during that period, we ask for your express consent to start supply immediately and acknowledgement that you lose the 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right for that digital content once supply begins. We confirm this in a form you can keep. Paying, registering, taking the suitability check or accepting general terms alone does not remove that right. If you do not want immediate supply, contact us before purchasing to arrange delayed access. We do not offer an additional satisfaction or change-of-mind refund guarantee after the cancellation right has validly ended.

Your rights if something is wrong

Your digital content must meet the standards required by consumer law. If it is faulty, not as described or fails another applicable legal requirement, contact us. Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to repair or replacement, an appropriate price reduction or a refund. Watching lessons or downloading resources does not remove these rights. The course-fit check is guidance, not a formal assessment, and does not prevent a valid complaint or legal claim.

Course support and service rights

Any cancellation rights relating to a service element, including course support, are considered separately. The digital-content acknowledgement is not a blanket waiver of service rights. These terms do not govern separately purchased live tuition.

Complaints, cancellation and refunds

Email info.gradedsomalituition@gmail.com, message +44 7873 921753 on WhatsApp, or write to the correspondence address provided before payment and in your purchase confirmation. Include your name, purchase email, order reference if available and a brief explanation. To exercise an applicable cancellation right, send a clear statement before its deadline; you do not have to use the form below. Where a cancellation refund is due, we will reimburse you without undue delay and within 14 days of being informed, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed, with no additional refund fee. For other remedies, applicable statutory deadlines apply. We will investigate complaints and explain the proposed resolution.

Personal study and your agreed terms

Downloads are for the enrolled learner’s personal study. Do not share account access, redistribute the materials or upload recordings of the lessons elsewhere. Uses permitted by law are unaffected. The terms confirmed with your purchase apply to that purchase; a later website edit does not automatically change your agreed rights.
